Return Policy

If you have any issues with the quality of the product after receiving it, you may return the item to us for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt; provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition, but Non-quality problems require you to bear the round-trip freight.

Refund Payment

1. Your refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive the return package for you.
2. Please note that the refund part only includes the cost of the item, the shipping cost will be deducted.
3. After processing the refund for you, we will send you a refund email. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by the bank, which takes about 3-10 days to process. Please pay attention to your credit card refund records and bills. If you find no relevant records, please contact your bank to check the refund progress.
   Orders paid with Paypal will be processed by Paypal and refunded to your Paypal account within 1-2 days

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at getadme1991@outlook.com   and send your item to our address.
